About Us

The South Asian Health Network is a Canadian collaborative effort to enhance the health and well-being of South Asian and other racialized communities. We specialize in creating culturally appropriate health educational content and public facing advocacy to address structural inequities in health care and public health.

Community Partnerships

Canada has a many unique communities, each with their own diverse make up. We seek to partner with local community groups to help them address their individual health communication needs, from disease prevention to COVID-19 vaccine uptake.

Communication and Education

Creating unique educational materials, videos and graphics is at the core of what we do. We also create unique distribution channels - using both the traditional media and social media - to get our content out to target audiences.

Address Systemic Structural Inequities

While we are working towards a fair and equitable health care and public health system, currently all communities are not equal. We try to highlight the inequities that negatively impact the health of some communities.
